 This program helps you find a soft landing. The reality is, majority of us are surviving, not thriving. We are not ready to take on goals that require time, discipline and mental toughness straight out the gate. Exhaustion, time and lack of direction are probably just a few of the challenges you face. This program will have you exploring your daily life through gentle, effective movement, powerful mind-body connection work and a fun workbook to guide you. By the end of the 22 days you will have a clear plan for where you want to spend your time and energy to reach your goals. We’re taking a look at your daily needs and how we can best support you.

What is the program format?

This is a 22-day online program. It is delivered in an online platform where you log in daily. It includes videos, templates and a printable journal. (Printed copies available when pre-ordered) This program can be followed consecutively or with built in days off. The purpose is to be as consistent as possible. This program requires 22 days of dedication and 15 – 20 minutes daily.

Who is this program designed for?

Ideal for those who would like to incorporate daily movement into their lives but aren’t sure how to. This program encompasses mat work, body weight exercises, self-myofascial rolling techniques, stretches for morning, night and workout specific. *This program requires individuals to get up and down on their mat without assistance. 

Program Overview

Exercise is often paired with weight loss. While it can be a factor, exercise is much more than just a weight goal. Movement is life. It is the difference between your body running well or sluggish. Movement helps us detox the impurities we encounter daily. Movement helps our joints stay lubricated, our muscles strong, and connective tissue healthy. Energy moves through us as we go through our day. Think of the times you tense your shoulders or feel frustrated. The stronger the emotion, the stronger the lasting impacts on the body. You could look at it like “stuck energy”. It is important from a physical and emotional point of view to keep the energy moving. Knowing how to move on a mat daily can enhance your emotional ,spiritual and physical health! This program is meant to help you focus on moving 25-45 minutes every day. From your toes to your head you will be stretching & strengthening.  In no time, you’ll have a plethora of movement to recall whenever you need. The more you practice the more intuitive your movement becomes!

What is the program format?

Online with custom programming. Delivered in a custom app for 1:1 coaching with 1:1 messaging. This option allows you to move through the material at your own pace while also having access to feedback and check-ins. There are multiple options & levels of coaching available.
